Welcome to Dragon’s Lair Studio. By booking a session, purchasing services, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Dragon’s Lair Studio provides audio services including, but not limited to:

• Recording
• Mixing
• Mastering
• Audio restoration
• Cover song production

All services are provided in a private, one-on-one studio environment unless otherwise agreed.

• A 1 hour non-refundable deposit is required to book any studio session.
• Deposits secure your scheduled time and will be applied toward your session balance.
• The remaining balance is due at the start of the session (cash or agreed payment method).
• Online services (mixing/mastering) must be paid in full upfront before work begins.

• Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will result in loss of deposit.
• A new deposit is required to book another session after a missed or late cancellation.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Due to the time-based nature of studio services and digital delivery of audio files, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Session time begins at the scheduled start time, not arrival time.
• Clients arriving late will have that time deducted from their session.
• Sessions will end at the scheduled time unless additional time is booked (subject to availability).

• Sessions are strictly limited to individuals directly involved in the project (artist, producer, manager, etc.).
• No unnecessary guests or entourage allowed unless approved in advance.
• Clients are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.

• Dragon’s Lair Studio is not responsible for storing session files after the session unless agreed upon in advance.
• Clients are responsible for bringing a storage device or ensuring files are transferred at the end of the session.
• Time spent exporting, uploading, downloading, or emailing files is counted as session time.

• Mixing services include one final approved master file.
• Additional versions (clean, instrumental, a cappella, etc.) may incur additional fees.
• Revision policies will be communicated per project.

• Clients are responsible for all content they provide, including ensuring they have rights to use any material (beats, samples, etc.).
• Dragon’s Lair Studio is not liable for any copyright or legal issues related to client content.

• Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment or property.
• Full replacement or repair costs will be charged if damage occurs.

Dragon’s Lair Studio is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Technical issues beyond reasonable control
• Any indirect or consequential damages related to services

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
