Sessions are secured once a deposit is submitted. Clients may reschedule by contacting the studio at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled session.

Please note, deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of same-day rescheduling or a no-call/no-show. A new deposit will be required to book a future session.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and appreciate your professionalism and respect for scheduled studio time.

For the best possible recording experience, only individuals directly involved in the project are permitted in the studio (e.g., managers, producers, videographers, featured artists, etc.).

We recommend that artists attend sessions alone so we can provide our full focus and attention to the recording process.

If you want, I can tighten this even further to sound more strict or more client-friendly depending on the image you want to project.

Studio time includes recording and/or mixing within your reserved session. Please note that all time spent uploading, downloading, or preparing rough mixes, as well as sending or receiving files via email, is included within your booked session time.

We recommend allocating time at the end of your session for rough mixes, file transfers, and any additional delivery needs.

Session File Storage
Session files are not retained unless prior arrangements are made with the studio. Clients are required to provide their own storage device to back up and secure all session data.
